OBJ to download - Fonte Boa - 12-06-2012

This thread is to post links to OBJs (or other 3d formats) to download: if someone know about them, please share here.

--------

I found a free scanned one from 3dscanstore.com at the following link:

http://www.3dscanstore.com/index.php/default/free-samples.html

(it is so dense that i couldnt manipulate it: my Wings was able to open, but impossible to deal, at least during a first try)

I'm surprised you even attempted to open the file. lol. If I come across any good model links I will be sure to forward them here. Smile

You can use ReMESH software to reduce the poly count so that it will load into Wings3D. You loose more and more details as you lower the poly count. It may not work well with that head model but you could give it a try. Get the software here... ReMESH Website

Here is a link to the Stanford Repository where you can get some very nice models. You will have to use ReMESH to reduce the poly count to a level that Wings3D can handle.... Stanford Repository Website
