RE: My Wings3D Gallery - ggaliens - 02-16-2013 In Pixolators video ... when the THINGYS are being dragged into place ... what controls how they flow and snake their way through the universe around the target object ? It seems like magic the way they FLOW and attach. To see one of these with some narrative would be amazing. Makes me feel like retiring from goofing with plug-ins. And I could kick myself for never buying ZBRUSH. Yeah man ... Zbrush is amazing. RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Wegg - 02-16-2013 Make a plug-in for Wings that does that ggaliens. :-) RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Fonte Boa - 02-16-2013 Sorry for the off-topic: Mahlikus, could you point me some doc or video showing the process of building a IMM brush? What i know is that it is related to Dynamesh and that is possible to convert any tool in a IMM brush? I know (at Tool menu) how to import a Wings OBJ as a tool, but i dont know how to define it as a IMM brush... Thanks in advance. ps: i think pixolators video is a video assembly (i can observe some lights variation during it). ZB is able to create turntable videos, but not to model over it... RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Mahlikus The Black - 02-16-2013 ggaliens - Here is a quick intro and he shows you how, with "bend" and "snap" turned on, all you have to do is drag a piece of the "curve." http://www.pixologic.com/video/video-v2-zcr.php?videoname=http://www.pixologic01.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lessons/videos/insert-mesh/mp-curve-insert-intro.f4v&w=1024&h=576 Boa - Go here for the info and look around at the other subject. ZClassroom is AWESOME! And no, it is not a video assembly. That video is called a History Recording (built merely on the actions stored in the undo and redo memory). http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lesson/insert-mesh/ ZClassroom - http://www.pixologic.com/zclassroom/homeroom/ Here is yet ANOTHER AWSOME ZBRUSH VIDEO! This one is also built using the record history feature. This is still one project file with many histories to make the video. http://www.pixologic.com/video/video-v2-zcr.php?videoname=http://www.pixologic01.com/zclassroom/homeroom/lessons/videos/overview/z4r5-dragon-flyer.f4v&w=&h= More than for Turntables = ALL Z! http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?86043-Making-Time-For-Art-Update3-Page-24-Update2-Page-11-Update1-Page-7 RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Fonte Boa - 02-16-2013 Thank you VERY much for the precious info, Michael! I'll search about IMM Brush there. And thanks for mention "history record" workflow: i am really atonished! I dont yet believe that kind of movie can be produced by using do/undo history. I've found this: http://www.pixologic.com/docs/index.php/Undo_History_for_Movie_Creation RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Mahlikus The Black - 02-17-2013 Yup! Its amazing. I made a test video using that method myself. Not as impressive though. Just a test. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EP8tZMr-SL4 RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Fonte Boa - 02-17-2013 Fine! I tried too, but i am missing something here. In my video, the camera moves, stops, then my brush action appears, then the camera moves again, stops again, another brush actions, etc. What did you do so that the camera movements are continous and not interpolated with the brushes movements?!?!?!?!? RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Mahlikus The Black - 02-17-2013 Its your settings. I'll check mine right now. Also, hold down 'ctrl' over almost anything in Z and it will show you a pop up description. RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Mahlikus The Black - 02-17-2013 Here are my setting for a smoother recording. Let me know how it works for you. HFrames - 4 HReCenter - 94 HPosition - 16 HOrient - 20 HCamera Smooth - 85 RE: My Wings3D Gallery - Fonte Boa - 02-17-2013 i thank for your patience and sorry all forum users for the off-topic... I tried your settings, without the same result: at your video, camera moves are simultaneous to brush actions; at mine, each one happens apart the other... I click record, perform camera and brush actions, click pause and click F History. How exactly did you rotate/pan/zoom your model during record? |
