RE: Geodesic Distance mesh coloring (seeking) - Dimitri - 05-04-2016 If you achieve an 'impress' type boolean action on the object, however, you can have as a result a new kind of slicing at least. Because as far as I discern, the circles around the body do go to branches (there are circles even on the fingers of the figure) in a quite harmonious way. MeshLab has this geodesic function fairly well covered. So this was maybe an academic exercise. MeshLab is FAST. |
