About wings3d.com - Fonte Boa - 12-14-2012 Optigon, i'd like to report there is a broken link in wings3d.com "community" tab, ie, "discussion about pole geometry": http://lightwiki.net/forum/modeler/39-subdivisionmodeling-com-the-pole thanks RE: About wings3d.com - optigon - 12-14-2012 Yeah...It's amazing how stuff disappears. Fortunately there are communities working to preserve iconic discussions like these. PolyCount has links to that discussion and more http://wiki.polycount.com/SubdivisionSurfaceModeling RE: About wings3d.com - Fonte Boa - 12-20-2012 Not sure if this is the ideal thread to post this, but Tony Jung's Silo tutorials about box modelling are VERY useful. No matter he used Silo, the workflow is perfectly suitable by using Wings3D. The following page has a html pages index: just open each one, and you will have a complete lesson. It is fine. http://www.silo3d.com/Tutorials/User_Tutorials/tony_jung/HTML_files/ |
