I can't start Wings 3D 2.1.5 - Slepalex - 12-26-2016
At start of Wings 3D 2.1.5 the error message appears:
Failed to start Wings 3D: 193.
My OS is Windows XP SP2 (32 bits). Video card ATI Radeon HD 4800 Series.
At the same time the Wings 3D 1.5.3 version works normally. In what the reason?

Now you posted the error you are getting, I searched by it and yes, it's related to XP version.

I recommend you update to 1.5.4. the latest one of that 1.5 version and flagged as stable.
