I want to do like 3D modeling and or character design for like video games and movies like pixar typ stuff. And I was wondering what are some good colleges for that. Preferably on the west coast. Also they have to be 4 year colleges because of my parents

Not a 4 year College, but there is Pixar training for free - Pixar in a Box:
