Hidden Selection group to unhide objects - digitaldavinci - 03-26-2019 I have noticed that my selection groups lose the objects. They still appear in the geograph. Is it possible to have a menu or dropdown context to unhide and select the objects of that group instead of just select when the group objects are hidden? I would be nice to have the menu bar selection items to include an 'Unhide selected items' when there is that combination. I hope my concern here is valid. I have used the RMB in the geograph hide icon to de/select. Thanks and not critical at this moment but other users are going to run into the groups dropping objects also. They still appear in the geograph. You are talking about the selection groups we can access via Selection Group window? How it's losing the object? That is not clear. Some selection groups can become invalid in case you remove the object or elements (in case of vertex, edges and faces). It will be validated only when we save the project. Show and Hide selected objects that are hidden/shown can be done via Select in main menu. "instead of just select when the group objects are hidden?" Hidden objects cannot be selected. How do you are able to do that? This way it could to be used almost like a viewing layer and help with some situations like this. I'm going to think about this approach which was already talked about in the past. |
