2nd work - claus82 - 08-31-2019

Hello to all.
Second work, inspired by youtube videos.
Modelled in W3D, rendered in Blender, some internal some cycles.
I will study other render engines, so I ask for free good ones (POVRay is interesting, but it seems too difficult)
Comments and constructive critiques are welcome

Good to know someone was able to follow one or my tutos. Biggrin

In my opinion, the light is better in the last image.
The material for the IC's legs should be less reflexive and then they don't changes too much its color depending on the light (you may consider to look for some image references for a better comparison).

About the render. I'm also a POV-Ray fan and I used it a lot in the past. After we start to use tolls in which we can see the material changes faster it's almost impossible get bak to a render like it.
So, currently I still use Kerkythea which file is exported by Wings3D and in the render UI I can handler material details.

If you are already experienced in use Cybles/Eevee there is no reason to try other free option.

Ahah! Si! You do good. Unfortunately no more subtitles on your videos. But they are very useful.
Concerning other renderers I asked because Iam just curious person.
Cheers!!!

Unfortunately YouTube removed the annotations features and now they became less instructive. Sad
