hi there
I just downloaded wings 1.5.2 for mac
only when I copied it to my applications folder and tried starting it it immediately stopped unexpectedly
since Im not very digitaly technical I was hoping someone could help me out

We only "support" mavericks, since it's a free upgrade.
Try older wings releases for older OS versions.

Well we have not released that many releases the last 5 years, so you can probably find something newer
:-)

Just for your info, I have upgraded an old mac mini running Snow Leopard at delivery to Mavericks
and it works fine, (at least for the small usage I have done it is a test machine at work).
But I believe it's worth it if you have the hardware.
