Hello,
I've made a soldier. I want to add it into a mod, but now I realised, that the game is using a different skeleton as me. Is there any way to mount that 3d object on the skeleton of the game? The only thing what'd be changed is the direction of the arms. Or is there another way?

I would guess this is a question better aimed at the forum for the software you used to rig/skin the character, as Wings3D doesn't support it.
