I use it to build models for Unity. Works great with a few gotchas.
The vertices import to unity twisted around:
Wings -y = unity +Z
Another axis is off too but
When I tried to rotate my folder object the items in the folder twist on their own axis and not around the global 0,0,0 vert.

Select the entire objects and do that in vertex mode. It should result in what you are looking for.

Doesn't most export format have an option to swap axis on export, or is that something we should improve.
