After installing the new 64bit W3D 2.0.5 in Win 10 it starts normally but after restarting the computer due to installation of Vc redist which is also installed during installation the Wings 3D, the shortcut key does not open. It says:

"The Item Wings 3D(x64) 2.0.5 that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly"

If I try to start from start menu of windows it asks to browse for the .exe file to start the program but I cannot find any such file to start the program in Installation folder. What should I do ??

The old 1.5.4 has no problem whatsoever in Win 10

It's a strange behaviour. I have it installed in my Win 10 64bits and working without any problem.
I don't remember about need to restart my PC after install vcredist.
In the windows' "Control Panel->Programs and Resources" check if the vcredist x64 version 12.0.30501.0 is installed. If so, try to install Wings3d again.
