[Fixed] MacOSX,Wings3D freeze when hidden Erlang.

The command which "Hide Erlang", "Hide others" and "Show All " in wings3d menu aren't work correct.
These can be invoke the hotkey each "⌘ + H" and "SHIFT + ⌘ + H".
These are the features that are present in every application of the Mac.

How recreating the bug ?

1. Run Wings3D App.
   
2. Click "Wings3D" menu,and select "Hide Erlang"
   
3. Winsg3D window gone and,it doesn't come back again even tried every means.

Correct behavior
"Hide Erlang" ---- Come back "Wings3D" window if click Wings3D Icon on the Dock.
"Hide Others" ---- Window of all applications except Wings3D is hidden.
"Show All" ---- Displays a window of all was hiding other applications.

Fixed I think, bump if not fixed in next release.

What happened was that wings half crashed, the window process crashed and removed the windows
but wings it self was alive without any window.

"Hide Others" and "Show all" which I can't implement from erlang,
and I can't disable them either, so they just do nothing.

dgud,Thank you for fixes in v2.1.
After the hide action, I checked, it was able to reget to window by click on "Wings3D window" icon in MacOS Launcher.

"Hide Others" and "Show all" which I can't implement from erlang,
and I can't disable them either, so they just do nothing.

If there are not bad affect to Wings3D,it is OK.
