[Fixed] Can't Drag & Drop texture item to material.

On Wings3D v2.1.2 ,Can't Drag & Drop texture item to material in Outliner window.
v2.1 could it.
I personally thought that it was should leave alternative way(Pick and Drop) to do for User.

It may be hard to fix complex problems related to window panels on Wingsv2.1.x.
