After the Voronoi fracturing, of the cube, I did a scale uniform.
Its the scale uniform that created the uneven separation between the Voronoi Tiles/tidbits.
Hence what did the you do maintain the even separation?
1) Make Voronoi tidbits.
2) Cut all tidbits with faces of cube (polyhedra as cutter on slices submenu)
3) Be very very careful during required cleanup of (2). It becomes easy with some experience.
4) SEW all faces on outside together using manifold face stitcher.
5) Do cleanup on step (4) such as deleting small edges. If you don't like so much cleanup ... start with MONO-DISPERSE foam (look in my sample files that come with plugins)
6) Use bevel-intrude macro that comes with manifoldlab.

I don't think we are not talking about the same voronoi fracturing method. The lattice Cube file I sent you, is not the same as the lattice Cube file you show in your video.
I used Encrust Surface while you probably used Polyhedra via Tetgen
I suspect the Polyhedra via Tetgen method creates uniform voronoi separations when used with Explode with Connectivness
My: Encrust Surface does not have the ability to create uniform voronoi separations when used with Explode with Connectivness
it only works with .Scale Uniform, BUT with .Scale Uniform you don't get a uniform voronoi separations between the individual units.
