Hi!

I'm working on a box for an electronic circuit, which I imported as STL.

Sometimes I would like to hide it completely (not simply wireframe it), or other parts that prevent me from having a good view on the part I'm working on.

is it possible to name objects and have a list of them in order to have them visible or not? think of the layer toolbox in tools like gimp/inkscape...

You could try to create folders in the Geometry Graph.
Then you can use show/hide option for the all objects in that folder.
