This plugin allow us to rotate and orient an object directly to an axis or a vector by using a reference vector.
The link for download is on my GDrive: wpc_align_to_axis.tar
To install it just use the option File->Install Plug-in or Path. There is no need to restart Wings3D after the installation.
There are three options available. Two to align to default system axis and one to align to an arbitrary vector:
