Is it possible to move edge A to the exact X-coördinate of B (see attachment)?

I did it by entering the X-value from B into A (with Absolute Commands > move ect). But maybe there's a quicker way to align a edge depending on a different edge.

Difficult to tell whether the move vector is parallel to one of the main xyz axes.
If it is, use Edge | flatten > (appropriate axis) > rmb option.

and select the destination edge as the target.

Still possible with a non-aligned to xyz vector - just define vector too Smile

For this example, it would be also possible to use Edge->Intersec [MMB]

Ah, thank you Micheus. Another clear explain with an animated gif. I love them :-) Still have to find a decent archive with all of them.
