[fixed] Material dialog issue if the any render plugin was set

Just by updating my Linux dev environment to prepare the flatpak setting I started Wings3D and I noticed a bug report in the Log window caused by accessing the Material dialog. It's not a hard crash, so you may not notice it.

It's caused by no render plugin has been set (the program's path).

So, if you are installing Wings3D for the very first time or never set a render plugin you probably will noticed this log too.

Please access the patch in Patches/Fixes for Wings3D for the version v2.2.8. (follow the instructions there to proceed with the update)
