I was thinking it would be a quick fix to add the ability to set units on export to the collada plug-in. It was a bit more complicated and I also had to modify the wpa.beam file. If anyone wants to give it a try it is on my wings3d page Modified Collada Plug-in. While I was working on it I added some line returns so that the header text in the exported file is easier to read. You can export in either centimeter, decimeter, or meter. Read the installation notes on my Wings3d page.
