Sorry if it gets bumped but... Is there any chance that this gets implented?
IMO that option should have been there for a while but I guess better late then never. Most 3D tools like Blender and 3DS max have them and well I just bumped this thread because it looks a bit uncertain if it will be added or not?

Any code implemented by someone else needs to be submitted to the Wings3d's main devs (dgud e björn) and they will decide if (and when) any code suggested will be added to a new version. So, I want to believe that any comment in favour of a new stuff can help them decide to add it.

that would be a great additon to wings! thx micheus! those technical additions are often overlooked ..but really improving the workflow - better scaling for objects in perspective-mode - better to work intuitive on hard-surface models in perspective-mode - better eyeball-control over the model in perspective-mode while modelling - better placing of objects - increases the workflow-speed that is really usefull!
