3MF (3D Manufacturing File)

Hello,

I've implemented a 3MF (3D manufacturing) importer and exporter as well. Between the AMF, 3MF and STL formats Wings3D now supports all the common 3D printing file formats.

The 3MF plugin works similar to the AMF plugin, I'll be making a tutorial soon on how to use these plugins to make a 2 material objects for export to slicer.

Made some changes and set the exported 3MF to millimeter as default.

I've created a tutorial on using AMF and 3MF plugins for making two material prints.

Made many fixes and everything seems to work now.
