You can use ReMESH software to reduce the poly count so that it will load into Wings3D. You loose more and more details as you lower the poly count. It may not work well with that head model but you could give it a try. Get the software here... ReMESH Website

Here is a link to the Stanford Repository where you can get some very nice models. You will have to use ReMESH to reduce the poly count to a level that Wings3D can handle.... Stanford Repository Website
