also could you tell me more about selections you are doing in video ? I mean selecting lines on tube when starting.

I added some annotation to the video pointing which shortcut I used.
They are the same command I used in the first video.

Selection operations like Edge Loop [L] and Edge Ring [G] are the most used. Cut edges by an small amount of segments is also on your fingertips (1,2,...,9) as well as Connect [C].
