About embeding videos in forum

I never got the tool bar, and as I mentioned elsewhere clicking the smiley faces on left doesn't work for me either.. Not a big deal to me though so never made a fuss about it :}

Google Chrome, fully up-to-date.. (IE was the same)
I'm still runnin' winXP on this comp though ( I KNOW.. terrible ) so maybe that's it..
