As an extra information, I checked my ntdll.dll file and it has the same version as yours -> 10.0.16299.248
WinVer.exe results in:
- Version: 1709
- Operational System compilation: 16299.248
the latest updates were made in Feb 14th - kb4074588
Others in the same day was related to MS Office 2010
Since your updates happened in Feb 20th, maybe your OS versions is not the same as mine.

The Exception code: 0xc00000fd means Stack Overflow and it's not something someone can guess what has caused it.
If there is any tip about that it would be into those dump files listed in the second block in you post. But, sure I'm not the guy to check that - I don't know much about the Erlang code.
It seems like something you have installed uses a stuff from Windows that others (like me) doesn't use.
Do you have any other application that uses OpenGL that is causing your system to fail? If so, maybe it could be related to display driver. Someone fixed the problem for this by doing this:
"What fixed the issue for me was running Display Driver Uninstaller. It is a great little driver cleanup thing that is free and has no adware or anything. Let it do it's thing in safe mode and all that and see if it works."
It was related in this article: Beta feature in Windows Update?

The problem with Wings3D...
Does it just stopped to start? or does it start and then crash?
Did you try to uninstall and reinstall it again?

It's strictly related to the OS and no one got a answer or solution: EseDiskFlushConsistency - win10 1709Code:DllHost (9192,G,0) The beta feature EseDiskFlushConsistency is enabled in ESENT due to the beta site mode settings 0x800000.
