The context menus are sensitive to the kind of elements selected: face, edge and vertex. If nothing is selected, then the body context menu is shown.
Just for your information, if is of your interest use different set of hotkeys you can use the "File->Save Preferences Subset" and on the shown dialog you check "Hotkeys" and/or everything else and give the file a name.
You can then backup the default hotkeys settings, create your own (save it too) and switch between than.
