Align view to the temp/highligted selection only?

I use quite often the View/Align view to the current selection(normal), but I was wondering if there were a way (or setting?) that would allow us to use it on the temporary/highlighted selection

I think that you would assign a hotkey for that. One common command I use the hotkey is View->Highlight Aim [A], but I already defined a CTRL+SHIFT+A for View->Align to Selection - that will work fine with temporary selection.
