Silo 2.3.1 released

I tried learning Silo a few years back. I was able to get about 80% of the way there but the missing 20% that I missed from wings just kept me from embracing it. Still it is the closest I have ever come to switching from wings as my primary modeler. I hope they continue to develop it.
