It's clearly related to the OpenGL drivers - Mesa. You will need to fix that in order to get any Wings3d version working.
Check this thread. Maybe you can try dgud ' tip or the link I shared in the last post there.

Just curiosity, did you give up of build 2.0.3? Do you were trying to build a 32bits version?
