Adding colors to wpc_ps

Thank you for update,and support of VectorStyler EPS and Affinity Designer EPS too!!

Something I noticed during testing...
It seems that general PS/EPS file saved separate two parts that a stroke and a fill element.
The object that has both of fill and color stroke, It cause an object overlapped for import result.
( If to solve this, it might also be useful to have the option to choose whether to import fills and/or strokes.)
But anyway plugin is no problem,I think it working fine.

Yeah I think the overlap thing that happens sometimes with some files isn't easy to fix as the point positions vary a little bit. Thanks for the test files it helped a lot.
