Forum subscribe suggestion.

When clicking on a new topic the subscribe and receive emails radio button option selected as default. That way the OP is automagically in the loop from the get/go.

When you got registered, you must to have read the "Notification system is down!" thread, so nothing related to that is working.
If I'm not wrong, that default value can be changed in the user control panel.
