Hotkeys are case sensitive. So, if you want set a hotkay to use an "uppercase" char you have to use the SHIFT key together - like you do in any text editor.
That meams you can creat many hotkeys by using the same char: A, SHIFT+A, CTRL+A, ALT+A, SHIFT+CTRL+A, and so on.
