I have not used it enough to tell how you would snap to the corner. Once you have snapped to the corner you could use Absolute Move to move a specific distance in from the corner.
Another way you could do it is to create a "Grid" for the top of the table. Then use Put On to place each leg on equally positioned grid boxes. If you have a round table top, you could Put On the leg in the center of the table, copy the leg, Absolute move the duplicate leg to the proper location.
Edit: Absolute Move has an option to set "Duplicates" so you could avoid the copy leg step.
